ABOUT TERRSTAR
Before the first garment — there was already a world.
TERRSTAR grew out of years spent inside underground music and creative spaces — building graphics, developing narratives, layering symbols that had their own logic long before clothing entered the picture. Sci-fi aesthetics, manga and anime references, the visual grammar of digital worlds. For years, all of it lived on digital surfaces.
In 2023, a trip to Tokyo was the moment it clicked. We saw fashion, subculture and digital visual language occupying the same space. The transition from screen to garment made sense.
The clothes are built from a universe with its own characters, symbols and narrative. The graphics on each piece are not decoration — they are fragments of that world. Scenes, figures, objects that exist within a larger story running beneath the surface.
One-of-One garments are where this process is most visible. Reworked vintage pieces, hand-printed, resewn, distressed — each one shaped through the same experimentation that shapes the work itself. Physical outcomes of an ongoing creative process.
The work doesn't stop at the garment. TERRSTAR extends into spatial design, moving image and object development — different forms, same core.
The garment stays at the center — the gate through which you enter the world.
